v2.5 Release

Hello guys, so after a long time I managed to release v2.5 and no more updates will be made becuase I am reworking Obligator to TypeScript and rework will be released as v3

The bot almost has every premium features of many bots rn so wanted to release v2 the v2.5 will have canvas welcoming and better ui of commands
