ControlCamera initial release

Control cameras using Micro-Manager to communicate with the device firmware provided by the manunfacturer (via pymmcore-plus).
Basic testing
Snapshot, live view and video are supported.
Camera parameters are editable: refer to parameter names available on micro-manager interface.
