STIX Modeler Visualization and Custom STIX Object Usage Overhaul

This is a substantial overhaul of the STIX Modeler.

• The framework was overhauled from webpack to vite to remove depencies conflicts and improve performance.
• The Airbnb style guide was integrated into the styling process.
• The node visualization was replaced with React Flow.
• Functionality was added to support the import and usage of custom SDO schemas.
• Additional changes were made to remove relationship redundancy.
