Episode List Layouts

Description:
Adds a new setting in the ui options that allow you to change how the episode list is shown. There are 3 options:

• Detailed (which is just the default one)
• Compact (just removes the episode summary or whatever its called)
• Blocks (hides all info besides episode number)
  Also makes it so the episode picker inside the player also follows the selected layout
