• This is a my version about agent_console of IssabelPBX (asterisk): Call Center Module

Attention: No compatible with Elastix.

• Need fix to error/info box messages in login_agent.tpl
• Need apply visual layout in agent_console_atributos.tpl
• Apply new layouts to BREAK_DIALOG, TRANSFER_DIALOG and SCHEDULE_CALL
• [Reported] Some tests with CallBack Login

Getting Started

We consider that the user is using IssabelPBX with the already installed callcenter module.

Installing

With ftp access, locate the /var/www/html/modules/agent_console directory and replace index.php and themes folder. In browser, only refresh the page (or re-open)
