Replacing the usage of Bitmap with SpriteTextPlus

Fixes for weird text rendering, where it was cutting the font at the bottom
Lowers memory usage
Unsure the change it made for scheduling, it did made it better from what I can see, but I need to test with the game itself, to see if everything works as expected. Before that change it made GC be called constantly and it never stopped, which was weird.
