bump apps_product_creator re-activating and re-publishing modules product

• add missing dependency in docker image: git (used by github_connector* odoo modules)
• Needs review on a fix while synchronising archived product template (to re-publish the module) [FIX] apps_product_creator: activate and publish modules that come back apps-store#95
• freeze postgresl using same version as our server
