- Remove last , once JSON are created
- There's no need to use the index for links. D3 can read links with text in it. That cleans the code a bit.

Simple method to remove the last , once the JSONs are written.
Also, added the gitignore (I have implemented a NODE project so better with a gitignore). And I have changed tabs to spaces in the .py files.
