Description
Summary
Switching out the hardcoded optimisation reviewers for the SimSysCodeReviewers team. Adding deduplication to the table construction as the new team will contain duplicates. Hardcoded removal of MGEX82 from team members as this is a SAM member rather than a reviewer.
Also moved test files into a directory to make it clearer what they are.
