This is the first official release of Windows Optimizer, a lightweight batch tool designed to improve performance on low-end or second-hand PCs.

Stop Background Apps
Reduces RAM usage by preventing Store apps from running silently.

Remove Startup Shortcuts
Cleans unnecessary items from the Startup folder to speed up boot time.

Enable High Performance Power Plan
Switches Windows to the built-in high-performance mode for better speed.

Clean Temporary Files
Deletes TEMP folder contents to free up disk space.
