esmf@9.0.0b10and replace commit with sha256 checksum for previous releaseesmf@8.9.1.Testing
See JCSDA/spack-stack#1934 (work in progress)
Tested successfully on my dev machine, was able to compile NEPTUNE with the new ESMF version and LLVM 22.
