Isolated and Combined Solution Packages

This solution includes a control, an action and a code activity. The reason is described in the readme. I have included managed and unmanaged components for two packages

• Isolated - Contains one solution for the control and another for the action and the codeactivity.
• Combined - Contains all the dependent components in one .zip file.
