What this PR does / why we need it: Another intermittent test fail: testDeleteFiles – edu.harvard.iq.dataverse.api.SwordIT seen most recently at https://jenkins.dataverse.org/blue/organizations/jenkins/IQSS-Dataverse-Develop-PR/detail/PR-12167/1/tests.
The DestroyDataset command fails immediately after a reindex call. This PR adds the usual sleepForReindex - on the assumption that Destroy fails because the indexing updates the dataset at the wrong time.
