DockGuard.spoon keeps the macOS Dock fixed on the main monitor, even if you move your mouse to the bottom edge of other monitors.
When the cursor approaches the bottom of a secondary screen, DockGuard nudges it upward to prevent the Dock from moving.
Note: If 'Automatically hide and show the Dock' is enabled, this plugin may not work as expected.
