Hello. This PR adds the ability to log into a Duet that has a password. It also adds the ability to automatically start printing.
The password handling is only triggered by including a "password" config option.
The ability to automatically start printing is triggered by including a "start-printing" config option.
The only non-configurable change to the old behavior is that now the system selects the file for printing after it has been uploaded.
Please let me know if there are any formatting or functional issues. This is my first time coding for node, and I barely know enough Javascript to be dangerous, so I expect there are more than a few issues there.
