  1. Drop EULA patch
  2. Resolve issue with trove -> fastutil patch and add comments
  3. Restore correct authors to all patches
  4. Drop Electroid's BungeeCord Chat fork from API given that the fork no longer exists outside of JitPack
  5. Drop commons-text from API since modern Paper doesn't use it
