Supersedes #66, adding submitter for both ARAs.
Given that TRAPI 1.6 doesn't let
submitterbe a list, I figured we shouldn't let the perfect be the enemy of the good, and just get something sharing submitter information. When we have a TRAPI version with a submitter list, I'll gladly do the refactoring for it.
