Missing: Detached relay function for SONOFF devices

Hi there,

recently got the following message from SONOFF:

We have further confirmed, and are informed that ZHA has not merged the script we submitted yet, the detach relay mode and the external switch mode regulation feature are not available at present.

We really need this feature to detach the internal relays from the switch we lately bough:

Can you please provide us any information about when you are planning to include the script SONOFF mentioned?

This question do not belong in zigpy/zha but instead refer to this open issue in the zha-device-handlers (a.k.a. zha-quirks) repository:

That is, devices need ZHA Device Handlers if Home Assistant's ZHA integration do not expose all the functions that you want. See:

And by "script" assume they refering to one of these work-in-progress zha-device-handlers (a.k.a. zha-quirks) which are submitted here:

• Add support for Sonoff MINI DUO (ZB2GS) 2-channel switch zha-device-handlers#4622

PS: For reference, this is a device request. If you want to sent that custom quirk before it is accpted and merged into Home Assistant then recommend read this guide how-to install local custom ZHA Device Handler (also known as ”quirk”) in the ZHA integration:

FYI, @1775939187 from Sonoff has reworked + updated his quirk ZHA device handler and submitted it as a new pull request here that you can test to add manually as custom zha quirk:

PS: As an extra feature you can optionally also try adding zigpy/zha-device-handlers#4733 too which adds the ability to disable the network LED light.
