No camera, no microphone

After installing the virtualOS app, I could use Teams with camera and the microphone. Today, this is no longer working. I can neither access my MacBooks camera nor the microphone from within the virtual machine. Also, there is no way that I add the virtualOS app to the corresponding Privacy sections of the host OS. What happened since yesterday? Why is it no longer working?

First of all, sorry for the delayed response. Somehow I did not notice this issue. Microphone support was re-added in version 2.3
