Handle multiple mod folders with same version

If your mods folder has more than one version of a mod enabled (e.g. v1.0, v1.0, and v1.1 all enabled), then the Version Selection Dropdown will be red. If you click it, then a dialog will appear. In this example, it will list all three enabled versions. Each one will have a Delete Folder button. Additionally, you will have to pick one version to keep enabled, and the others will be disabled (unless you delete all but one, of course).
