Test on MKS TS35 V2.0 but no luck

On the hardware connection, you didn't mention the GPIOs for lcd_rest/lcd_blk/lcd_rs, and even the lcd_cs/touch_cs, and where to config them?

I only tested with old fluiddOS, did not had any lucky with new kernels

I spared some time to check with newer version of Raspbian and no lucky.

Re-did all process with FluidPI 1.6.2 and worked just fine.

There is something with new kernel that is not working well with tinylcd35.dtbo, I manager to get screen working but never touch or rotation.

I have success on the TS35 v2.0 working on the exist version of Klipper.
My steps are below:

1. Fresh install raspberry pi os with Raspberry Pi Imager
2. Edit the the /boot/config.txt following the old guide
3. Reboot raspberry and you will see the lcd when pi booting
4. Install klipper, moonraker, mainsail, klipper screen
5. The touch does not work properly at default. So you should calibrate the touch by the following Touchscreen touch rotation from the old guide and use 90° Counter-Clockwise parameter
6. Reboot and enjoy.
