Z image cfg_scale is wrong

z image demo in readme has cfg_scale of 1.0, but causes artifacting. 5.0 is the number used in the stable diffusion cpp demo, and it works much better. The readme should be updated to fix this.

Hi @Elefant-Freeciv, the demo in the README uses a cfg_scale of 1.0 because it's based on the Z-Image-Turbo example from stable-diffusion.cpp, which also uses a cfg_scale of 1.0 (see: https://github.com/leejet/stable-diffusion.cpp/blob/master/docs/z_image.md#z-image-turbo).

You're right that the Z-Image-Base model uses a cfg_scale of 5.0, which is possibly because it is a better fit for that variant.

To address this, I'll keep the example at cfg_scale=1.0 for the Turbo model, but I'll add a note clarifying that 5.0 is more appropriate for the Base model, as it's a little redundant to document examples for the Base and Turbo models separately when, for the most part, they are implemented the same way.
