Events fall through maximized transparent window on Windows #581
Description
When the window is set to be transparent using webui_set_transparent, and the window is maximized, some events (such as click events) occasionally "fall through" the WebUI window and are captured by unrelated windows placed below the webui window.
This behavior occurs when the window is both transparent and maximized.
