I have two observations/requests, neither of which should block merging, but we should keep track of them...

I would like @toreini (our AI, privacy, and security expert) to review the relevant parts of this.
-
We need to ensure that the Discoverable Destinations explainer stays in synch with this document. That probably means deleting bits in the explainer, and replacing them with links to the relevant sections of this document. We need to make an issue to ensure that we do this work (and link it to this PR).
