Replace `plugin` packages with imported code from `verifier/plugin `

Some plugin related packages refactored and migrated to verifier repo. Here is PR: vultisig/verifier#302

In scope of this task required to delete that code from plugin repo, and replace it with imported code from verifier/plugin package. Note that it is not just drop-in replace of import path, some interfaces slightly changed, but in general structure is the same.
