Create crew CVs in Markdown and render them on website with download to PDF

Write crew CVs in Markdown and render them at something like /crew/<id>/cv/ with an endpoint like /crew/<id>/cd.pdf which returns a PDF rendered version of it.

Keep the CVs simple and meaningful so that we don't waste time on all the styling.
