Request - Option to strip all emoji from CalDav event titles and descriptions

Hi all,

I have a decent number of calendar events with emoji added for flare which do not convey relevant information. Additionally, emoji rendering is not perfect. I would love a toggle to strip all emoji from my calendar events in the CalDav plugin.

I'm new to TRMNL, if this is not the correct place for this request please direct me. Thanks for everything!

thanks for reporting. interesting challenge. would you mind sharing your plugin's ID from the URL bar? like /plugin_settings/<id> so i can play around with the response payload? will try some regex patterns to see what's possible.
