Kepler data pipeline isn't working #77
Description
Its datasource was http://planetquest.jpl.nasa.gov/kepler/, but looks like it moved or was shut down.
The pipeline in data/pipeline/run/40_kepler will have to be updated to point at https://exoplanetarchive.ipac.caltech.edu/ or a similar source.
