Turtlebot4 stuck at 0% battery after Wi-Fi setup

Actual behaviour

Yesterday, I connected the Create3 to my Wi-Fi network and then placed the robot on the charger overnight.

Today, I see the issue shown in this LINK. The small display shows 0% battery and appears to be stuck at that state. I am also unable to SSH into the Raspberry Pi, even though I could do so before connecting the Create3 to Wi-Fi. I have already tried performing a factory reset on the Create3, but it did not resolve the issue.
