[Enhancement] Rename to something like TileMonster or TileManager

Bikeshedding! If a PR would be approved, I can create one.

Implementation details:

• Keeping the same acronym would facilitate renaming, since the code frequently abbreviates to TM or tm.
• Renaming would mostly be a case-sensitive find-and-replace for the whole project. Sublime Text's Ctrl-Shift-F makes it easy to inspect the results.

The exceptions to a blanket find-and-replace:

There's a couple references to external branches in README.md, which personally I would just abbreviate to TM for completeness.
