Minor nit: RIFF PAL is little endian

This currently works great, so thank you. But as a random bit of trivia: the associated color mask for RIFF is correcting this, but RIFF is little endian. So:

	<directcolor id="RIFF" bpp="32" rmask="000000FF" gmask="0000FF00" bmask="00FF0000">
		<description>32bpp RGB (Windows Palete)</description>
	</directcolor>

and

	<palettefilter extensions="pal" colorformat="RIFF" size="256" offset="24" endianness="little">
            <description>Windows Palette (*.pal)</description>
	</palettefilter>

would be a little more technically correct, even though both will functionally be reaching the correct color imports here. :)
