[Feature request] Tile laying windows, akin to Tile Layer Pro #28
Description
Most of the time the tiles in the ROM aren't perfectly placed to edit. If you could temporarily rearrange the tiles in a way you could edit, import or export and the changes were made in the rom in their original oder, that'd be great and would improve a lot the workflow.
