[Feature Request] .ACT palette format

Previous versions of TileMolester had support for Adobe Photoshop's Adobe Color Table format (ACT) as importable palettes.

Would it be possible to restore support for this particular format? It would be of great help to work a bit more seamlessly between TM and Photoshop.

This can be addressed by adding:
<palettefilter extensions="act" colorformat="CF01" size="256" offset="0" endianness="big"> <description>Adobe Color Table palette (*.act)</description> </palettefilter>
to the PaletteFilter section of tmspec.xml. While you wait for a build with that change, you can also just add that in yourself. :)

Thank you !!! Looks like this was added in v0.18 and removed in v0.19: Probably because of so many different people updating it over the years ?
