Is possible to add direct UtcDateTime support for sqlx?

Im creating a little backend service using sqlx + time crate, and I saw that the sqlx doesnt work with UtcDateTime, but it work with OffsetDateTime, and apparently, in the integration between the two, it always consider that the datetime was saved in UTC and it always insert in UTC too. So there is any blockers for this?

If no, I can implement that!

sqlx provides these implementations, so you'd have to ask in that repository. I have nothing to do with it.
