Create controller application

• Provides context menu for controlling logger: start logging, stop logging
• Provides context menu for opening appsettings.json for analyser using default application
• Provides context menu for opening a visual editor for editing configuration for analyser
• Provides context menu for running analyser and opening output file with default application
• Provides context menu for clearing collected data
