"end_last_page" documentation?

I have seen some examples using "end_last_page" and "end_height" tag, but I can't find information about it. There's only a mention to Example 5.

Will this generate the footer ONLY in last page (or first page is there0s only one page) and set the max height of the footer?

Ok, I have tryed Example05 and see what it does. I understand end_last_page is like a page footer where you can specify the (max?) heightm and it will always print on bottom of the last page.

The example works great, but if I try to use my own 'footer', it doesn't respect the position, although there is enough space to fit:

I have tried to modify the "end_height" and "end_last_page" CSS height with no success.
