Describe the bug
div container for .rgHiddenFocusTarget should not interfere with grid cell content
Current behavior
Because the div container for .rgHiddenFocusTarget has positioned styling, it sits the DOM element directly in the middle of the grid cell, on top of the cell content, creating an 8 pixel wide "dead zone" where a user's clicks will get swallowed if for example the cell renders a checkbox (see screenshot below)
Expected behavior
Would expect the div container for.rgHiddenFocusTarget to have pointer-events: none to allow the user to click through, since the DOM element serves a functional purpose and not a presentational one (as a focus target and not a part of the UI)
