help with stripes analysis

Hi folks I am trying to replicate the analysis on stripes differences made in https://www.nature.com/articles/s41594-022-00773-z (fig 1d for ex) using GENOVA, but with no success.... do you have the snippet of the code used to generate this analysis using your data? your help is much appreciated

so sorry for the confusion! is a stripe analysis function that is part of GENOVA 1.0, any help in the code or the steps needed to generate something like that?
