Add cancel button to ISO image upload process

## Description

When uploading ISO images through the UI, there's no way to cancel an in-progress upload. Should add a cancel button so users can abort if they selected the wrong file or the upload is taking too long.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Cancel button visible during ISO upload
- Clicking cancel aborts the upload and cleans up any partial data
- UI returns to pre-upload state cleanly
