Option for rounded profile pictures?

Is it possible that you can add an option for rounded profile pictures, while keeping the rest of the unrounding. I like the unrounded style but some profiles have decorations on their picture and it looks weird when the square profile picture extends past the decoration. So I'd imagine a viable solution would be to add an option for rounded profile pictures only.
