ENSEMBL files not downloading now that the database names changed in gk_central #215
Description
The Ensemble database is not being added to the addlinks-downloaded-files folder. This is because it was looking for database names of "ENSEMBL_%_PROTEIN". @jweiser and I tried changing it to look for ""ENSEMB%" as this would match the new databases listed in GK Central. This did not work.
For Reactome V87 I just copied the ensemble files that were downloaded for V86.
@jweiser we should probably fix this for V88. I am not sure if it should be part of your current Addlinks refactor work or be a separate project.
