CosmicMutantExport Depricated need to change code #214
Description
For the current version of COSMIC v98 they are deprecating the CosmicMutantExport file as described here: https://cog.sanger.ac.uk/cosmic-cms-production/documents/New_Download_files_Beta__Change_log.pdf
They are saying the same information can be created from two other files.
I am planning on using the files we downloaded for Reactome in the previous release of Reactome v87.
@jweiser I think this should be fixed for Reactome v88. I know you are already working on AddLinks. Should we assign this to you?
