ZFIN & Xenbase reference creation does not work on Release server

I can confirm that it works without issues on my local machine, but for some reason it doesn't work on the server

As far as I know - though I've not done an appropriately deep dive on it.

The way they start/finish with the same timestamp makes me think it must be something with the data formatting

Ran it locally, generated over 2000 references for Xenbase and over 4000 for ZFIN.

Might have been a transient error... I may re-run later on the Release server.

This continues to be an issue, but only on the release.reactome.org. I ran this code in April (2021) and it worked fine on my workstation, but during Release 77, ZFIN and Xenbase reference creators did not run. File processors for these two seemed to run OK, so the problem is probably in the reference creation code, but they both use SimpleReferenceCreator.
