Support '*.net *.split'

On Esper, I get:

```
- somebody has quit IRC: *.net *.split
- somebodyelse has quit IRC: *.net *.split
```

etc.

Currently the netsplit detector doesn't notice these made-up split names (presumably the server has changed it for security or something).
