Tray icon only works once

When I run scribe --app and click on the tray icon, recording starts, the icon shape changes, and the microphone icon appears.

When I click on it again, recording stops with INFO:scribe:Exit. on the terminal, but the icon doesn't change back. The microphone icon does disappear.

After that, the tray icon no longer reacts to clicks.

I let OpenCode and GLM-4.7 work on this problem, and they came up with the solution in the fix/tray-toggle-recording branch of my fork. I didn't want to open a pull request not knowing your policy on AI generated code. Also I haven't fully studied the code and reviewed the change, but it does fix the problem.

Hi @akaihola, thanks for looking into it. I don't have a policy against AI generated code but in any case I need to understand what's there, and AI tend to write a little less compact code. As soon as I have a moment I'll check and come back to you.
I also have had troubles with the tray icons lately (well a few months already) and that shoud definitely be fixed.
