Set proper generation order for objects

For now if running generation multiple times, it can change generated objects order which will mess up git diff for example. Of order were predefined (like alphabetical for handlers or incremental for enums and etc.) there were no issues like that

One reason why this is happening: duplicate service IDs. Maybe something else also causes this, needs more testing.
