Account name in a service

When we load service instances from a dictionary I'd like to be able to load an account name associated with the token so that I could use it later.

There are places in packit-service and hardly where we hardcode those values (account names associated with service used by bot/deployment). We could remove those if it was possible to take the values from the service config.

This issue has been marked as stale because it hasn't seen any
activity for the last 60 days.

Stale issues are closed after 14 days, unless the label is removed
by a maintainer or someone comments on it.

This is done in order to ensure that open issues are still relevant.
