Allow to specify which dist-git branch(es) to create PR(s) against #58
Description
The first attempt was called downstream_branch_name, but we reverted it and decided to wait for dist_git_branches to become top-level (packit/packit#1515) before another attempt to implement $SUBJECT.
As pointed out in #45 someone might want to create dist-git PRs against multiple branches so the implementation should take this into account.
