[QA] Upload button silently does nothing

Seen with contacts-1.5.5 running in core 10.8.0-RC1

The upload button does not do anything.
The download button at the right hand side (next to the trashcan) downloads a nice VCF ( but even a VCF file from the same app cannot be re-uploaded.)

Expected behaviour: Accept any VCF, be flexible what we accept. Print warnings or errors, when nothing works.
