Maintain the Embulk website https://www.embulk.org/

The Embulk maintainer team has no bandwitdh to maintain the Embulk website: https://www.embulk.org/ Especially, it does not look very good on mobile devices.

We wanted to have someone who is/are willing to contribute in maintaining the website.

Some requirements:

• Stay on GitHub Pages
  • No need to stay with Jekyll, but some static site generators are expected at least
• Keep user-visible URLs unchanged
• Keep the "Articles" and their Atom feed
• Use only minimum JavaScript, especially no library dependencies
  • ...so that we don't have to spend efforts to upgrade librarires
